Stripe is seeking a talented Product Designer to join our team and help shape the future of our dashboard experience. As a Product Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating intuitive and user-friendly interfaces that empower our customers to manage their businesses effectively.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to design and iterate on our dashboard product. You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of design challenges, from improving existing features to developing new ones that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand user needs and business goals.
  • Design and prototype intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for our dashboard product.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and iterate on existing features.
  • Create and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency and scalability across our products.
  • Mentor and support junior designers and other team members as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform design decisions.
  • Present design work to stakeholders and gather feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with our marketing team to create compelling visuals and assets for our website and communications materials.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your design skills and process.
  • Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and a passion for creating intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and a willingness to iterate and improve designs based on user feedback.
  • Familiarity with financial services and payment processing would be a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
