📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Conceptualize and design new automotive interior components using industry-leading software such as CATIA, SolidWorks, and AutoCAD.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new products.
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses to ensure project viability.
- Prototype and test new designs to meet quality and performance standards.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and designers.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes and methodologies.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive interior design or a similar role.
- Proven experience with CATIA, SolidWorks, and AutoCAD.
- Strong understanding of automotive interior components and materials.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
