📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conceptualize and design new automotive interior components using industry-leading software such as CATIA, SolidWorks, and AutoCAD.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new products.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses to ensure project viability.
• Prototype and test new designs to meet quality and performance standards.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and designers.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes and methodologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive interior design or a similar role.
• Proven experience with CATIA, SolidWorks, and AutoCAD.
• Strong understanding of automotive interior components and materials.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
