In this role, you will be at the forefront of enhancing customer experiences through innovative mystery shopping and field research. Based in the bustling regions of Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung, you will lead and optimize our field operations, ensuring our clients receive the highest quality insights.

As a Field Research Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating field research activities, including mystery shopping, customer feedback collection, and market analysis. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our research objectives are met efficiently and effectively. This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in market research and customer experience to drive meaningful insights and improvements.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate mystery shopping and field research activities.
• Manage and train field researchers to ensure high-quality data collection.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in market research or mystery shopping.
• Proficient in using research tools such as SurveyMonkey, Google Forms, and Excel.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with Indonesian market dynamics and consumer behavior.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel and work in various locations across Bali.
