📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate and manage air and ocean freight imports, ensuring compliance with international shipping regulations and customs requirements.
• Work closely with shipping lines, airlines, and customs brokers to secure competitive rates and timely deliveries.
• Monitor and optimize import processes using logistics software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Maintain accurate records of import shipments, including tracking numbers, customs documentation, and delivery schedules.
• Collaborate with the procurement and warehouse teams to ensure smooth integration of imported goods into our supply chain.
• Provide regular reports on import performance, including delivery times, costs, and any disruptions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in global logistics to continuously improve our import processes.
• Assist in the development and implementation of logistics strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics coordination, with a focus on air and ocean freight imports.
• Proven experience using logistics management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations, customs procedures, and trade compliance.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to work effectively with shipping lines, airlines, and customs brokers.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
