📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct visual, dimensional, and functional inspections using tools such as calipers, micrometers, and coordinate measuring machines (CMM).
• Document inspection results and report any defects or quality issues to the production team.
• Collaborate with the production team to identify and implement corrective actions for quality issues.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and other relevant quality standards.
• Train and mentor junior inspectors to maintain high-quality standards.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality processes.
• Work with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and ensure on-time delivery of products.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality control inspection, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Certification in ISO 9001 or other relevant quality standards is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of quality control principles, techniques, and tools.
• Proficient in using quality control software such as SAP QM, Minerva, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic manufacturing environment.
