📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Provide first-level technical support to clients, resolving network issues promptly and professionally.
- Monitor network performance using tools such as Wireshark, SolarWinds, and Nagios.
- Document and track all network incidents, ensuring a comprehensive record of issues and resolutions.
- Collaborate with the network engineering team to implement network improvements and updates.
- Offer guidance and training to clients on best practices for network maintenance and security.
- Stay updated with the latest network technologies and industry trends.
- Participate in on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 coverage for critical network issues.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering timely and effective solutions.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a helpdesk or network support role.
- Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or ITIL are a plus.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
- Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools like Wireshark, SolarWinds, and Nagios.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
