🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record in infrastructure projects.
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian construction regulations and standards.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
