📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to boost sales and customer engagement.,Manage inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.,Train and mentor store staff to enhance their performance and skills.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.,Collaborate with other departments to achieve overall business goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven experience in managing store operations and driving sales performance.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Knowledge of local market trends and consumer behavior is advantageous.
