📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the menu and customer preferences.,Ensure food is cooked to the highest standards of quality, safety, and presentation.,Manage the kitchen staff, including assigning tasks and ensuring they follow safety protocols.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Keep up-to-date with new culinary trends and techniques.,Assist the Head Chef in developing and implementing new recipes and menu items.,Ensure all food is prepared and served in a timely manner.,Handle food inventory and ordering as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with various cooking techniques and styles.,Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.,Proficient in using kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
