📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the construction process from start to finish, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.,Inspecting construction sites to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.,Coordinating with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.,Managing project documentation, including permits, contracts, and reports.,Implementing and enforcing safety protocols to protect workers and the public.,Resolving project issues and conflicts, and ensuring effective communication with all project stakeholders.,Conducting regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress and address any issues.,Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in site engineering or a similar role in the construction industry.,Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and equipment.,Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects.,Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools, such as AutoCAD, MS Project, and other project management tools.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
