📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the financial planning and budgeting processes to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.,Manage the company's cash flow and liquidity to ensure financial stability and sustainability.,Conduct financial analysis and forecasting to support strategic decision-making.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards.,Oversee the accounting and bookkeeping functions to ensure accurate and up-to-date financial records.,Manage relationships with external auditors and financial advisors to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.,Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.,Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management or a similar role in the baking industry.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and financial regulations.,Proficiency in financial software and tools such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with the baking industry and its financial aspects is a plus.
