📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.

Manage and maintain customer records and databases.

Assist in the setup and configuration of AWS and VB environments.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AWS and VB.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

Generate and analyze reports to improve customer service and operations.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or sales administration.

Familiarity with AWS and VB environments.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Willingness to travel for business purposes.
