📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage daily operations of the school bookshop, including stocking, organizing, and displaying inventory.
• Assist customers with product selection, answering questions about school supplies and books.
• Process transactions accurately using our point-of-sale system.
• Promote school supplies and books through in-store displays and marketing materials.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a clean and inviting shopping environment.
• Keep up-to-date with new school supply trends and product offerings.
• Handle customer complaints and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve shop performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, bookstore, or customer service roles.
• Familiarity with school supplies and educational materials.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and point-of-sale systems.
• Friendly and approachable demeanor, with a passion for helping others.
• Ability to lift and move up to 20 lbs (9 kg) of inventory.
