Sehat Prima Home Care is looking for a dedicated Licensed Physiotherapist to join our team and provide exceptional home care services in Pangkal Pinang. As a physiotherapist, you will play a crucial role in helping patients recover and maintain their health.
In this role, you will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to assess, treat, and monitor patients' conditions. You will develop personalized treatment plans using the latest evidence-based practices and cutting-edge technology. Our team uses tools like Epic for electronic health records and PhysioTrack for patient management. You will also have the opportunity to grow professionally through continuous education and training programs.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assess and treat patients with various musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiovascular conditions.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans using Epic and PhysioTrack.
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Educate patients and their families on proper exercise techniques and self-care strategies.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Participate in regular team meetings and professional development activities.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and infection control measures.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
- Valid license to practice physiotherapy in Indonesia.
- Certification in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR).
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems like Epic.
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices in physiotherapy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
