📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide expert tax advice and guidance to clients, ensuring compliance with the latest tax regulations.,Lead and mentor a team of tax consultants, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.,Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize clients' tax liabilities and optimize their financial performance.,Conduct thorough tax audits and reviews, identifying potential tax risks and opportunities.,Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in tax law and industry trends, and share this knowledge with the team.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.,Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation of tax-related projects.,Prepare and present comprehensive tax reports and analyses to clients and management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax consulting, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations, including the latest updates and changes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.,Proficient in using tax software and other relevant tools.,Ability to lead and mentor a team of tax consultants.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.
