📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise data entry tasks to ensure accuracy and efficiency.,Review and verify data entries to maintain high standards of quality.,Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and task completion.,Train and mentor junior data entry staff to improve their skills and performance.,Monitor and report on data entry progress and performance metrics.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to data management.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure data accuracy and consistency across the organization.,Identify and resolve data entry issues and errors promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in data entry or related roles.,Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.,Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data management.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with data management software and tools is a plus.,Ability to lead and mentor a team of data entry staff.
