📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Recruit, hire, and onboard new employees,Manage employee benefits and compensation,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback,Handle employee relations and conflict resolution,Oversee training and development programs,Comply with labor laws and regulations,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in English and Indonesian,Experience with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) is a plus,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
