As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR team in various aspects of human resource management. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, employment history, and performance reviews.,Coordinate with managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.,Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation, training, and documentation.,Support the HR team in administrative tasks, such as processing payroll, benefits administration, and leave management.,Conduct exit interviews and gather feedback to improve our employee experience and retention strategies.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Provide general support to the HR team in various HR-related projects and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within the HR field.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or similar platforms.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is required.,English language skills are a plus.
