📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Supervise and manage team members to ensure high performance and productivity.,Coordinate and plan daily operations to meet company goals and objectives.,Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and support as needed.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Handle employee relations, including recruitment, training, and development.,Manage inventory and resources to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.,Report to the Supervisor on team performance, issues, and progress.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to decision-making processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role.,Proven track record of managing teams and driving performance.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Good understanding of company policies and procedures.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management and resource optimization.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
