📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the coordination and management of the company's fleet.,Monitor and maintain fleet performance, including fuel efficiency, vehicle maintenance, and driver performance.,Coordinate with drivers, mechanics, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient fleet operations.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet policies and procedures.,Conduct regular inspections of fleet vehicles to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.,Provide support in the preparation of reports and presentations for fleet performance reviews.,Assist in the planning and execution of fleet maintenance schedules.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies regarding fleet operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven track record of achieving operational excellence in fleet management.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Valid driver's license is a plus.
