📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Coordinate and manage the company's fleet operations, including vehicle maintenance, fuel management, and driver scheduling.,Monitor and optimize fleet performance to ensure cost-effectiveness and efficiency.,Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and industry standards.,Develop and implement fleet policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.,Conduct regular fleet audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.,Maintain accurate records of fleet activities and generate reports for management.,Collaborate with drivers and other stakeholders to address any issues or concerns related to fleet operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
