📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Manage the accounting and financial reporting processes, including month-end close, financial statements, and tax compliance.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure the efficient and effective management of the company's financial resources.,Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.,Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and the board of directors.,Work closely with the Finance Manager to develop and implement financial strategies and plans.,Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and laws.,Provide financial advice and guidance to other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, with at least 2 years in a management position.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and financial analysis.,Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
