📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals according to recipes and standards.,Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, including washing dishes and utensils.,Stock and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies.,Prepare and maintain food presentation to meet customer expectations.,Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.,Assist in training new staff and maintaining a positive team atmosphere.,Participate in kitchen meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year experience as a Commis Chef or similar role.,Knowledge of various cuisines and cooking techniques.,Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.,Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety and quality.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid food handler's certificate and willingness to obtain additional certifications.

🛠️ Keahlian

Basic culinary skills and knowledge of kitchen equipment.Experience with POS systems and inventory management software.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Strong organizational and time management skills.Knowledge of local and international food trends.Experience with team leadership and mentoring.Understanding of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.
