📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Tanggung Jawab:
Oversee daily store operations and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.Manage and train store staff, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets.Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.Handle customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.Coordinate with the main office to implement new initiatives and promotions.Prepare and present regular reports on store performance to the management.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the store.Participate in store improvement projects and initiatives.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Minimum 2 years of experience in retail management.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving store performance.Strong leadership and communication skills.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Knowledge of retail software and point of sale systems.Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.🛠️ Keahlian
