📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal and professional information.,Support the HR team in managing employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.,Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new and departing employees.,Coordinate with the HR team to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the HR team in managing employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis to support decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with data analysis and report preparation is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
