📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in planning and preparing daily menus.,Oversee kitchen operations, including inventory management and staff supervision.,Ensure food safety and quality standards are met.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Train and mentor junior staff members.,Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to operational improvements.,Manage kitchen supplies and equipment maintenance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Chef or Assistant Chef in a professional kitchen.,Proven experience in managing kitchen staff and operations.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian and international cuisines.,Good understanding of inventory management and cost control.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
