📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and process payroll for multiple clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local and international regulations.,Prepare and distribute payroll reports, including tax forms and other required documents.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including tax information, benefits, and deductions.,Assist in the implementation of new payroll systems and processes, as needed.,Provide payroll support to employees and management, including answering questions and resolving issues.,Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll laws and regulations, and ensure compliance with all applicable requirements.,Work closely with accounting and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of payroll policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll processing and management.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian payroll laws and regulations, as well as international payroll standards.,Proficient in using payroll software and other relevant tools.,Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
