📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and service.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food handling, and sanitation standards.,Develop and implement new menu items and recipes.,Manage and train kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and dishwashers.,Maintain accurate inventory and purchasing records.,Ensure the kitchen meets all health and safety standards.,Collaborate with the medical center's nutritionist to develop and implement a balanced and nutritious menu.,Ensure timely and efficient service to patients and visitors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef in a healthcare setting.,Proven track record of managing kitchen operations and staff.,Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with medical nutrition guidelines.,Ability to work in a team and collaborate with other departments.,Possession of a relevant culinary degree or certification is a plus.
