📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the management of store operations, including inventory control, staff scheduling, and sales tracking.,Support the store manager in implementing sales strategies and promotional activities.,Ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction by addressing customer inquiries and concerns.,Conduct regular store audits to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.,Assist in training and developing junior staff to enhance their performance and skills.,Collaborate with the marketing team to support in-store promotions and events.,Monitor and report on store performance metrics to the store manager and regional office.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail or customer service roles.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with retail management software and POS systems.,Knowledge of sales and marketing principles.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Ability to travel for business purposes as required.
