Indonesia Healthcare is looking for a talented Talent Acquisition professional to join our dynamic team in Kendal, Jawa Tengah. We are seeking an experienced and proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us find and attract top talent for our growing organization.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting job analyses and developing accurate job descriptions to attract the right candidates.,Sourcing and screening potential candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Managing the recruitment process from initial contact to offer acceptance, ensuring a positive candidate experience.,Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure the right candidates are identified.,Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and cultural fit.,Providing feedback to candidates and maintaining open communication throughout the recruitment process.,Maintaining and updating the company's applicant tracking system (ATS) to streamline the recruitment process.,Building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates and industry contacts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.,Strong understanding of the recruitment process and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using ATS and other recruitment tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
