📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees,Manage employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws,Coordinate employee training and development programs,Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts,Assist in the preparation of payroll and benefits administration,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback,Maintain a positive and inclusive work environment,Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with the healthcare industry is a plus,Fluency in Indonesian is required
