General Accounting Manager - Financial Reporting & Compliance

As South Star Drug's General Accounting Manager, you'll manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported. You'll be responsible for preparing financial statements, analyzing financial data, and providing insights to support decision-making. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee month-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations.
• Reconcile financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, providing insights to support decision-making.
• Ensure adherence to internal policies and procedures, as well as external regulations and standards.
• Lead and mentor the accounting team, providing guidance and support to achieve operational excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance and support the company's strategic goals.
• Stay updated with the latest accounting standards, regulations, and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in accounting and financial reporting, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification.
• Proficient in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
