In this role, you will work closely with children aged 2-6 years, creating engaging and age-appropriate lessons that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development. Utilizing our curriculum, which integrates Montessori, Steiner, and play-based learning approaches, you will develop and implement activities that encourage exploration, problem-solving, and collaboration. Our schools are equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, including interactive learning spaces, outdoor play areas, and a focus on nature-based education.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan, organize, and deliver daily lessons and activities that align with our curriculum and meet the developmental needs of young children.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
• Assist in the implementation of our play-based learning approach, incorporating Montessori, Steiner, and other educational philosophies.
• Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure open communication and a strong partnership in the child's education.
• Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and contributing to their overall development.
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.
• Maintain accurate records of children's attendance, behavior, and development milestones.
• Promote a positive and supportive school culture, fostering a sense of community and belonging among students, staff, and families.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with young children in a preschool or kindergarten setting.
• Certification in Early Childhood Education (e.g., CPR, First Aid, or similar) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Montessori, Steiner, or other play-based educational approaches.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Creativity, adaptability, and a passion for working with young learners.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to a positive school culture.
