📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the coordination and scheduling of fleet operations.,Monitor vehicle maintenance and fuel consumption records.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to resolve operational issues.,Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation related to fleet operations.,Participate in training and development programs for drivers and other fleet staff.,Assist in the implementation of fleet management software and systems.,Support the Fleet Coordinator in any additional duties as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in the transportation industry.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Ability to travel as required for fleet inspections and meetings.
